All over the world we have seen the governments easing the lockdown measures as some schools, places of worship, market places, malls, offices and movement has been allowed to open with restricted measures to follow which include wearing of masks, social distancing, handwashing & temperature check points.

As we return gradually to our normal way of life, we would like to share some tips to bear in mind so as to maintain good health as the government gradually opens up businesses and movement of people..

1- Wear a mask: Just as we can now visit the malls, places of worship and other spots. As the government has proposed we should always go with our nose masks at all times as it helps prevent the droplet particles.

2- Use a hand-sanitizer: Only Alcohol based should be used, therefore always have an alcohol-based hand-sanitizer handy whenever you are going out of the house.

3- Exercise:There are people who visit gym houses, but some gym houses have not opened up for people to start attending, therefore early morning and evening jogs can help keep you fit as the lock-down ease comes up gradually. Always jog with your nose mask on.

4- Stay away from handshakes: As we return gradually to our normal way of life, let’s also avoid handshakes as much as possible as the virus can spread from one person to another through droplets on the hands of the person you gave a handshake.

5- Eat balanced diets: It is important to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables as a way of aiding your immune system to fight against harmful infections that could want to invade your body.
