The world at large is still combating the common enemy COVID-19 with countries putting out preventive measures to curb the spread and reduce the death rate in their cities. Companies have also corroborated with the governments to help foster the curb of the spread by allowing their workers to work from home and some companies have also improvised a way of reducing the number of workers working in an office following the W.H.O social distancing rule.

We will be sharing some ways to stay productive during the period of the lock-down;

1-  Have a schedule- This is saying “have a time-table”, as it helps serve as a guide for your everyday to-dos. You really would not want to run aimlessly all day only to find out that at the end of the day you haven’t done what actually needed to be done. A schedule will make you outline your priorities first that way you can easily get the job done easier and faster from home.

2- Take breaks- Staying healthy is also vital in the period of this lockdown therefore it is necessary that as we work from home we should also endeavour to take proper rest. As we really need to build a strong immune system to combat the infection of the virus and proper resting time is vital for good health.

3- Learn new skills- The lock down has made us interface more with the internet than before, schools are now running classes online, business seminars and meetings are now held strictly online as measures to curb the spread. Also learning a new skill set can be harnessed online with sources from YouTube you can learn absolutely anything.

4- Enjoy family time-  The lockdown has help build a stronger family bond as the whole family can have fun times together, engage in exercising and all other indoor activities
